An open face pocket watch by JW. Benson. Silver case, hallmarked Birmingham 1944. Numbered 717344. Signed keyless wind fifteen jewel movement with club tooth lever escapement. White dial. 50mm. Together with a silver open face pocket watch by Kendal & Dent Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Large green stain around edge of dial. Numbers appear slightly faded. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scuffs and multiple scratches. Glass is loose. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Tarnishing is visible around edge of case. Hinges appear intact.Crown has noticeable scratches and dinting. This lot does not come with box or papers. Additional pocket watch is at fault.
