(Large paper repairs to title and dedication page, text affected, lacking initial and rear blanks, minor loss to margins, text unaffected, spotting.) Near contemporary boards (rubbing, soiling). Note: early references to tobacco on pp.39-40 ('I confesse in my time I have not been an enemy to that Indian weede, and perhaps have spent some-what that way, which had bin better given to the poore...').
