宣统元年郡王衔海军大臣贝勒载洵颁赠奖牌一枚，银鎏金质，外缘饰如意云头纹，中心开光内刻“奖”字，左右精雕双龙戏珠图，背面中心镌“载”字，四周环刻“宣统元年郡王衔海军大臣贝勒”字样，隙地錾鱼子纹，带原绶带及云龙纹银质别针，造型别致，线条优美，铸造精良，属清末较高等级奖牌，极为珍罕，近未使用品
爱新觉罗·载洵（1885～1949年），字仲泉，号痴云，满洲镶白旗人，醇亲王奕譞第六子，光绪帝之弟。1902年袭贝勒，1908年加郡王衔。1909年任筹办海军大臣，并赴欧美考察海军，次年授海军部大臣。
