题识：香花供养，（文略）近得十劫居士所有《澹庐藏古铜佛影本》，是南通徐贯恂己巳（1929年）夏出版，确系初印，非常清晰。兹摹此尊，补以念珠、香炉、海棠，藉为供养，并录旧作。吴兴钱云鹤时年六十有二，重客海上画记。 钤印：云鹤、佛肖形印 “十劫居士”即潘飞声（1857-1934），字兰史，广东番禺人，居沪上，工书法，擅诗词，著述甚丰。“徐贯恂”即徐鋆（1887-1939），字贯恂，号澹庐，江苏南通人，富收藏，辑有《澹庐藏镜·藏佛·藏泉·藏牍》等。是幅中所绘佛像即摹自徐鋆书中。
