清 2册提要：自清嘉庆年间黄河日淤，年年决口，对两岸居民生活及运河航运造成极大影响。拍品为嘉庆八年至九年（1803～1804）期间河南封丘衡家楼河工相关奏稿七十余篇，内录军机大臣寄河东河道总督嵇承志、江苏巡抚汪志伊、钦差尚书刘权等人奏稿及嘉庆皇帝朱批，涉及防河大堤的重建、动用监银、筹办灾区工需物料等各方详细事宜，具有较高史料价值。内有墨笔校改，旧装两册，黄色封面，应为内府抄录转发之官方文本。
