民国间写本24页提要：金梁（1878-1962），清朝官员、学者，号息侯、小肃，晚号瓜圃老人，满洲正白旗瓜尔佳氏，杭州驻防旗人。光绪三十年（1904年）进士，工书法，擅篆、籀，著述丰富，光绪三十四年（1908年）典守沈阳故宫古物。
