Viktor Grigorevich Sevastyanov (*1923), in Odessa geborener Künstler, studierte dort am
Odessa Art Institute. Er siedelte nach Kiew über, wo er noch heute tätig ist und wurde 1953 Mitglied der Künstlervereinigung in Kiew. 1963 wurde er Mitglied der USSR Union of Artists.
