A Chinese porcelain seated Budai figure with a wooden base and dating from the Republic period. The Budai holds a string of prayer beads and a bag, and has a 4-character mark on the bottom. Dimensions are: 10 inches tall X 11 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Most of the paint has worn off, and the surface has a few glaze pops, but it is in overall good condition with a few hairline cracks.
