A Chinese bamboo cricket container dating from the early 20th century. The lid is inset with a wooden plaque cut out with a design of a dragon chasing a flaming pearl. Dimensions are: 3 3/4 inches tall X 2 1/4 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is minor age wear to the wood, a few chips and scratches to the lid, and the sides are marked with an acquisition number in green marker.
