A Chinese red ground silk skirt from the 19th century. The skirt is embroidered in various styles including the forbidden stitch and features flowers as well as scholar's items. It has blue lining for the interior and is stamped 'Made in China'. Dimensions are: 37 inches long X 89 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.
