款识：墨卿。
鉴藏章：丹仲精鉴 释文：自是星精降不辰，年年祀与感相，因霞梦断游澹耳。凉水名同冠党人，良夜卜成文字饮荒斋寒尽海天春，此时酣睡轩前鹤应念南圭旧德邻。
说明：
1.上款人叶梦龙（1775-1832） 字仲山，号云谷，广东南海人。官户部郎中。收藏极富。间作竹石小品，楚楚有致。居京师时，与翁方纲、伊秉绶、汤贻汾南来皆与订交。
2.潘恩元旧藏。潘恩元（1874-1944)，字丹仲。安徽徽州人。光绪举人，日本留学，工书法，与齐白石、张伯英、宋伯鲁等交往尤厚。
