题识：秉之仁兄大雅正，八十五叟章梫。||钤印：御赐灵寿延禧、章梫臣印、甲辰翰林 |备注：上海文物公司旧藏。||章梫（1861-1949），名正耀，字立光，号一山，浙江省三门县海游人。著名学者、教育家、书法家。新中国外交家章文晋的祖父。清光绪三十年登进士，殿试选授翰林院检讨。历任京师大学堂译学馆提调、监督，国史馆协修、纂修、功臣馆总纂，邮传部、交通部传习所监督、北京女子师范学校校长等职。章梫1947年秋居上海。次年秋迁杭州颐养天年。1949年2月17日，病逝于杭州勾山里，享年89岁。
