A large, Chinese, porcelain vase of downward tapering cylindrical form with a flared gallaried rim, set with twin, hooped, lion-mask lug handles at either side of the waisted neck, painted in cobalt with a phoenix standing beneath butterflies and peonies. H: 17 1/2" (44.5cm) D: 8 1/4" (21cm) Condition: in good condition ,2 red ink stamps are seen inside the mouth of the vase, with a 5-point, hairline crack on the underside and a faint glaze level crack line to the body(7 cm)
