A broad, short, cylindrical,Chinese, porcelain teapot with narrow spout and twin, arched, metal handles on hoop attachments, painted on one face with a figure reading poetry through a window to a friend beneath a flowering branch outside, loose handwritten characters mark the top and opposing face, the underside with an iron-red seal. H: 6" (15.2cm) Condition: in good condition with several chips on the inner rim beneath the lid (nothing major nor visible).
