Signed boldly at the conclusion by Johnson and countersigned by the acting Secretary of State. Beige paper seal remains affixed to lower left. Rolled and in fine condition, with a rusty paperclip impression to the top edge. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity stating that the document was obtained from the estate of Jack and Mary Margaret Valenti, as well as the original State Department mailing tube.Before he became the president of the Motion Picture Association of America, Valenti served as a liaison with the news media during President John F. Kennedy and Vice-President Lyndon B. Johnson's November 22, 1963 visit to Dallas, Texas.
