碧玉質，堅實細密，色澤碧綠，瑩潤透亮。全器呈鳳鳥造形，背上馱雙龍耳瓶。鳳立姿狀，尖喙，頭戴翎冠，雙翅羽毛彎捲而上，長尾豐盈，彎捲垂地，並向前捲繞至胸腹處，下承牙座，鏤雕鳳鳥紋，與主體碧玉鳳鳥相呼應，別具心裁。本對瓶承襲宋、明以來，文人好古的傳統思想，取青銅器天鷄尊的樣式，構圖栩栩如生，細膩靈動，華美富貴。
