宋人好“斗茶”，兔毫、油滴盏皆是品茗所用的上品佳具，因此，倍受王公贵族、文人雅士的推崇。《君台观左右账记》里记载：“曜变斑建盏乃无上神品，值万匹绢；油滴斑建盏是第二重宝，值五千匹绢；兔毫盏值三千匹绢。”这样的“定价”其实可以看出，油滴的烧成条件比兔毫更为苛刻。所以宋代油滴盏存世甚少，完整器更是鲜见。这也是纽约佳士得在2016年9月15日拍卖一只南宋油滴盏拍出约人民币7800万元高价的很重要的原因之一。起拍价：300000
