Chaouki Chamoun is a Lebanese artist best known for his stunning paintings, which take bold approaches to detail and perspective. Highly educated, his credits include a  Diploma of Higher Studies in Painting from the Lebanese University in Beirut, an MFA from Syracuse University in New York, and a PhD from New York University. He has continuously exhibited throughout the world since 1975, and has additionally taught at many universities. He has received many honors and accolades, and has held many important positions, such as the presidency of the Lebanese Artists Association.
