此黄玉组佩及西周玛瑙珠项饰，由六件玉佩及西周玛瑙珠串成。玉佩以上佳黄玉为料，颇厚，两面均工，周边呈脊齿状，背有六孔，左右两边各三孔，供系绳用。纹饰抽象，疑似兽面，以阴刻线雕出兽面之圆形眼部、毛发及勾云纹等典型西周纹饰，丝丝分明，极为细致。另以斜刀工刻出兽面微突的立体感，触感圆滑，流畅非常，可见玉匠功艺精湛，匠心独到。西周玛瑙珠分成六段两行，为玉佩作区隔，串成圆形项饰。西周玛瑙珠，属于当时的皇亲贵胄方可佩戴的挂饰。玛瑙呈现鲜红色，平头平口，孔道较大。形态优美，极具时代特色。
