此盘胎体厚重，平口折沿，弧壁浅腹，坦底，底承圈足。通体施青釉，釉质厚润，可见冰裂状片纹大开大合。外壁光素，内口沿饰云纹一周，内壁菱格纹并填饰朵花纹，底部双弦纹围成的开光内饰折枝花卉纹。裹足垫烧，底部露赭褐色护胎釉。
