释尊全跌迦正坐于莲花台座上，有火焰的头光与背光相迭。左右各有佛弟子共八位，手或持经书，或托钵，或合十。另有左右八大菩萨在侍，脸部表情刻画生动，衣褶流畅，团花细线满布于华服之上。正中央有一跪姿菩萨面向佛陀。上面深蓝色天空，宝伞从白云朵朵中透出，长幅构图严谨有序，宝相庄严。
