释文：邵康节：有水园亭活，无风草木闲二句极好。人心存在这里，如有源头活水，无处不灵动。自己心里不作风波，自然所遇皆安静，所谓不作风波于世上，自无冰炭到胸中也。1、日本回流，民国原装裱。2、本作品为小六尺作品，尺幅巨大，在陈宝琛传世书法作品中，罕见。陈宝琛（1848～1935），字伯潜，一字伯泉，号弢庵、陶庵，福建闽侯人。同治七年（1868）进士，授编修。历官江西学政、内阁学士、山西巡抚等，宣统帝（溥仪）师傅、弼徳院顾问大臣。工书法，学黄庭坚，又擅画松。
