款识 三年展骥佐樵川，又向彤遮奏绩还。竹马争迎前父母，银章重领旧溪山。遥知阖郡呕吟处，总在高人画诺间。执手都门非远别，会看青山簉鸳联。樵川别驾近斋先生奏绩南还，聊此奉赠，并录小诗。嘉靖乙酉九月既望，文徵明书。
钤印 徵明之印（白）惟庚寅吾以降（朱）
边跋 明代吴门四家中文徵明享年最长，传世作品多见，观此旧作引人为之深思不已也。龢溪仁恺题。
钤印 杨仁恺丁丑年以后题记（朱）
鉴藏印 石门吴滔印信（白）笙鱼审定书画真迹（朱） 备注 此作系吴门绘画大家吴伯滔、吴待秋、吴养木祖孙三代收藏
