A Quantity of Anglo-Indian Sepia Photographs of the Delhi Coronation Durbar. This first photograph nr 263 shows the Duke of Connaught (younger brother of King Edward VII) in full dress uniform shaking hands with the Nizam of Hyderabad during the Delhi Coronation Durbar in 1903, approx 21.5w x 28h cms, the next two plates nr 269 and 699 depict similar  views of the ceremony, approx 29 w x 18 h cms. (some fading evident), the rest of the images relate to the surrounding pageantry including the March of the Mutiny Veterans (Natives) nr 277, Arrival of H.R.H the Duke of Connaught nr 273, Awaiting the Arrival of Heads of State nr 278, Herald Reading Proclamation nr 265, Arrival of H.E Lord Curzon nr 281, Herald Saluting the Viceroy nr 271, Lord Kitchener and Staff Leaving nr 495, 19th Bengal Lancers Marching Past nr 389, Elephant Procession Heralds passing Jama Musjid nr 130, The Last Rehearsal of the State Entry nr 146, The Field Battery nr 424, Cadet Corps Imperial Cadet Corps on the March nr 349, Field Battery R.H.A Marching Past nr 423, Cadet Corps awaiting Orders, approx 27 w x 18 h cms respectively on card backing.
