此器为黄花梨满彻，不仅设计严谨，木工雕刻也处处精到，为不可多得的小型家具精品。镜台上层边框内为支架铜镜的背板，可以放平，或支成约为60度的斜面。背板用攒框造成，分界成三层八格。下层正中一格安荷叶式托，可上下移动，以备支架不同大小的铜镜。中层方格安角牙，斗成四簇云纹，中心故使空透，系在镜钮上的丝绦可以从这里垂到背板的后面。其余各格装板雕花卉纹。台座两开门，中设抽屉三具，四足做三弯腿，造型低扁，劲侨有力。
