|此案通体以黄花梨为材，尺寸宽硕。案面下接牙板，锼出涌起的云头，边沿饰饱满的灯草线，并以夹头榫与腿足相接，方材腿足亦是作起线处理，线条流畅有力。两侧腿足间施宽厚的管脚枨，管脚枨以上和腿足形成的空挡嵌入云纹棂格，显得轻盈空透脱俗。案造型严谨，纹饰无过分雕琢，协调简练，造型秀美，用料厚拙，是一件比较有代表性的大型画案。|参阅：王世襄，《明式家具研究》图版卷乙92，三联书店（香港）有限公司，1989年，第101页。王世襄，《明式家具珍赏》，文物出版社，2003年，第111页。
