此瓶盘口束颈，溜肩鼓腹，鼓腹向下微收，圈足外撇。整器器形壮硕，胎质细腻。青花纹饰层次分明，繁而不乱，从上到下共九层纹饰：口沿绘饰一圈回纹，颈部绘蕉叶纹，肩、腹部主体纹饰为缠枝莲，莲瓣饱满，青花发色纯正，颈部以仰莲下收，近足处为两层花草纹。此盘口瓶器型虽大却不失秀丽，白釉肥厚，青花晕散浓艳，其上分散着黑褐色的铁锈斑，却无前朝之厚重古拙，应为乾隆时期仿永宣青花瓷之精品。
