A rosewood hinge lidded box with a slightly domed top, wooden lined interior and micro mosaic image to lid of the Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells. With broad rose bandings in a style attributable to Henry Hollamby, c. 1880 (for similar see page 94, Tunbridge Ware and Related European Decorative Woodwares by Brian Austen) bears label of maker under. (formerly working with Edmund Nye, similar label), 9 1/2'' wide x 7 1/2'' deep x 4'' high.
