本幅唐卡題材為三寶佛，三尊佛像姿態相同，佛像雙手結禪定印，全跏趺坐，髮髻圓隆高凸，頂飾摩尼寶珠，面相方圓端莊，雙眼平視前方，目光祥和，神態寧靜，身著層層堆疊之僧衣，衣褶刻畫自然流暢。佛像身後編織頭光與背光。整幅唐卡全無空白，最下方是排列整齊的大象，其餘空白之處以花草填滿。織錦唐卡又稱“堆繡”，是以緞紋為底，用數色之絲為緯，間錯提花而織造，粘貼在織物上。本幅唐卡以黃褐色為基底，略作變化，秀雅清新，獨具特色。
