A Chinese 14K brooch with a spinach jade leaf with a pink tourmaline insect with a pearl head and two gem eyes. The jade leaf dates from the 18th century. Dimensions are: 3/4 inches tall X 2 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in overall good condition, though there is a miniscule chip in the side of the leaf. Provenance: From Mrs. Hillebrand in Chicago, IL. Mrs. Hillebrand's father-in-law purchased these items in China and Hong Kong between 1935 and 1970.
