Description

朱继祚（1593-1649）字立望，号胤岗。福建莆田县横塘（今莆田市荔城区黄石镇横塘村）人。明末政治人物。万历四十七年（1619年）中进士，改庶吉士，授编修。崇祯中，历任礼部右侍郎、南京礼部尚书。因人言罢官。福王时，重新启用。后唐王召为东阁大学士。唐王被擒后，朱继祚被俘后释放。鲁王监国，朱继祚举兵响应，后被清军杀害。 题识：西宫夜静百花香，欲卷珠帘春恨长。斜抱云和深见月，胧胧树色隐昭阳。朱继祚。钤印：继祚之印、读中秘书
