|简介：关赓麟（1880-1962），字颖人。南海人。1904年中进士。嗣赴日留学。归国后，历任财政部秘书，交通部路政司司长、联运处处长、编译处处长，铁路总局提调，京汉铁路会办、总办、局长，川粤汉铁路督办，铁路部参事、交通史编纂委员会委员长、交通法规编订委员会副主任委员、业务司司长兼联运处处长、平汉铁路管理局局长等，其间曾任北平交通大学及铁路大学校长。后不详。工诗词。有《瀛谭》。
