上款人蔡仲玉、周伟彬为蔡鹤洲的女儿、女婿。蔡鹤汀（1909-1976），字颐元，号枕石散人，福州人。善翎毛走兽，狮属有势，仕女亦佳。1949年后至西安，任陕西省戏曲研究会艺委会委员，设红蓼画苑，任创作组长。中国美术家协会会员，美协陕西分会常务理事。 款识：毛主席庐山仙人洞题照诗为伟彬、仲玉侄贤伉俪之属。蔡鹤汀。钤印：鹤汀（朱）、蔡（白）
