作者简介： 房鸿勋（1894～1941），江苏无锡人，工画。早年师从二叔父房少臣（名德），在京、沪、苏、锡、常等地卖画谋生。1914年又师从无锡国画大师吴观岱（曾被光绪皇帝的生父醇亲王推荐任宫廷画师）。他所画的人物、线条流畅、笔墨苍润，为世人公认，着有《双湖画册》。
