清 白玉浮雕鳳鳥螭龍紋蓋瓶 Of baluster form supported on ocean waves detailed with incised lines, finely carved in high relief around the exterior with a large phoenix standing upon rock base on one side, and a sinuous chilong around the neck and upper body, the vase body further carved in shallow relief with auspicious clouds, fitted with a domed cover surmounted with finial. Qing Dynasty period. 選用上等和闐白玉籽料，精雕而成，溫潤光潔，掏膛工藝精湛，膛腔光滑平整，子母口嚴絲合縫，造型規整端。繞頸部浮雕一盤螭龍，螭龍被視為是帶有無窮權力的神獸、也是驅邪解難的吉祥物，龍身細長盤曲，輾轉騰挪，頭型尖圓，四肢矯健，花尾分叉，極具動感。瓶身腹部飾高浮雕鳳鳥鳳尾修長，作迴首狀，傲然站立於瓶底側所雕琢之山石之上。身旁又有大朵靈芝，靈芝飽滿，枝葉舒展，葉蔓靈動柔美，於細節之處彰顯藝匠之高超技藝。整體紋飾極其華麗繁複，尤現高貴古雅之氣，既體現上古紋飾之氣韻，又流露天朝盛世之雄姿，碾琢細緻入微，如雕似畫，極盡裝飾之妙，其設計真可謂巧奪天工。
