An 18th Century Enamelled Patch Box of rectangular form. The hinged lid decorated with an engraved scene depicting figures, boats and buildings, painted in coloured enamels and framed in a pompadour pink border embellished with white enamelled dots and scrollwork. The moulded side with floral cartouches reserved in a pink trellis ground, 1¼" (3.5 cm) high, 2¾" (7 cm) wide, 2" (5 cm) deep.
