款识：王军同志，赖少其书。||钤印：赖少其、合以古籀 |释文：落笔有声。||赖少其（1915－2000），广东普宁市人，斋号，木石斋。他独创的“以白压黑”技法，成为新徽派板画的主要创始人。解放后，历任华东美术家协会党组书记，安徽美术家协会主席，中国板画家协会副主席，上海美术家协会副主席，广东美术家协会名誉副主席，安徽省政协副主席等。赖少其先生是杰出的革命文艺战士，更是中国当代著名书画艺术大师。他长期兼任省美协、省书协主席，并为历届中国文联委员、中国美协和书协常务理事、中国作家协会会员、西泠印社社员。1996年被授予鲁迅版画奖。
