Teapot is broken but still looks really cool. The interior of the teapot has a red-orange interior and the exterior of the teapot had a red-orange color. There are black painted designs on the teapot in curved and straight lines and a snake with black painted spots on the side of the teapot in relief. Below the spout is an object in relief, partially painted black that has a missing piece to it. The rim of the teapot has deep incised, vertically spaced lines. The bottom underside is rounded and there are three very short, spaced legs. The dark grey smudges are not fire marks, but discoloration of the paint. The teapot is Mexican pottery. Height is 4.5"
