Comprising a rectangular Stobwasser box, marked to interior and titled "Une lecture attachante," incised to interior, sides, and verso with ladies' names; a French circular box, circa 1830-40, the lid with demure portrait of a lady, the interior with false bottom with erotic scene painted to underside and enclosing eleven hand-colored printed slips with erotic scenes; a German rectangular box, mid 19th century, the lid painted with a young couple at a window, the underside with false sliding bottom revealing an orgiastic scene; a French circular box, "Le Maître d'école," the interior with printed academic orgiastic scene; a French circular box, circa 1800-1810, "Promenade du palais Royal a paris," the interior of lid with printed erotic scene; a French circular box, "l'Enseignement Mutuel," disguised as a travel souvenir of "Stanistad," the interior with printed domestic erotic scene; two German rectangular boxes, late 18th/early 19th century, with suggestive depictions of a lady on a horse; and a rectangular box with semi-nude portrait of a lady, likely German, circa 1810-20.
