Two equestrian portraits, Mewar, 19th century, opaque pigments on paper heightened with gilt, depicted on a dark green ground with sky above, the first with the rider wearing white robes and turban, seated on a grey horse with tail dipped in red and gold woven into the mane, the second with the rider wearing orange robes and seated on a dappled grey horse with red dipped tail and gold woven into the mane, within red border, mounted, glazed and framed, painting 27 x 23.5cm.
