此盘外壁绘两只赶珠龙纹，龙头发鬃向后包裹龙角，龙嘴微张，细颈长身。盘心绘一龙戏珠，龙身反转向后，张牙舞爪，颇具动感。内外龙纹均绘五爪，绘画工整，有板有眼，属于定型的官窑制式。底书“大清光绪年制”六字双行楷书青花款，字体纤细有力，更加凸显官窑制瓷的宫廷标准。
