A Chinese Qingbai cup and stand, Song Dynasty (1127-1279), the thinly potted cup with narrow ribs rising to the slightly petal-lobed rim, the stand raised on a spreading pedestal foot and with a platform in the centre, both covered overall with a transparent pale blue glaze, the stand 13cm diameter, Japanese wood box Provenance: Bought by Colonel W.
