A Chinese yellow ground 'Twin Dragons' saucer dish, Guangxu six-character mark and of the period (1875-1908), painted in green and aubergine enamels with two dragons chasing a flaming pearl amongst clouds and flames to the centre, the sides with leafy grape sprays, the underside with eight bunches of grapes and leaves, the base inscribed with a six-character Guangxu mark, 13.3cm Compare with a similar saucer dish sold at Christie's South Kensington, Lot 747, 14th May, 2010 Provenance: Formerly in a private collection 清光绪 “大清光绪年制”黄地双龙戏珠图盘 拍品来源:英国私人收藏
