璧白玉質，質地細膩，半透明，局部有深淺不一的褐色沁。呈扁平體，正中圓孔，內外廓壓地飾一圈輪廓線。兩面飾紋相同，細觀璧面，可見事先刻劃出菱形的網紋，再於在每個網格內碾琢蒲紋，紋飾排列有序，大小均勻，沁色自然雅致，整體製作工藝精美，保存完整。
