蓋爐選用整料優質水晶雕刻而成，質地晶瑩純淨，全器運用挖空、透雕、圓雕等多種工藝技法，呈現清透靈動的仿古造形。器分蓋與爐，蓋作覆碗貌，頂上圓雕盤龍為高鈕，龍呈蹲姿，頭上雙角，四肢粗壯，姿態威猛，富有動感。爐身圓口起盤唇，短束頸，弧腹圜底，下承三獸首吞足。腹壁光素無紋，兩側雕獸首銜環為耳，演繹遠古青銅器的深邃神秘。整體刀法虛實相間，裝飾繁簡得當，拋光精細，充分彰顯水晶質地潤澤之美。
