包公超（现代）字蝶仙，一作迪仙，浙江吴兴人，居杭州。处清末及辛亥革命后的一段时期，历任图画教员。仕女、山水、花卉俱有声于诗。卒年六十左右。著有《姜丹书稿》。衍秀（1822-1870）字东之，号实夫，少峰，筱堂，费莫氏，满洲正白旗人，咸丰二年壬子科二甲进士出身。咸丰年间选翰林院庶吉士、编修、侍读，日讲起居注官，顺天乡试同考官，会试同考官；同治年间任内阁学士兼礼部侍郎、阅卷大臣、仓场侍郎等职。
