《胶澳志》是一部较早的记录城市状况的专志，也是青岛开埠以来的第一部志书。《胶澳志》成书于1928年，是一部线装官修志书，是书集沿革地理、风土、政治、交通、人物、大事等，体例稍异于传统方志，其户口、犯罪、工资乃至村口水质、卫生诸如此类不厌其细，德日占据是地始末亦记载甚详。另附辽东半岛及胶州半岛详图七张、青岛市街图一大张，历来引述青岛地区清末民初历史多宗此本。品相甚佳，原装原函原签。
