A stone stamp seal comprising a drum-shaped base with stylised dragon design, handle formed as a sea-turtle (bixi?) standing with its offspring on its back supported by its curled tail. 314 grams, 84mm (3 1/4"). From an important central London collection formed since the mid 1960s; thence by descent.
