A bronze dagger with lentoid-section leaf-shaped blade, ear-lobed hilt, double waisted with bifurcated pommel, formed as two crescentic lobes with a domed boss to the centre of each face. Cf. Muscarella, O. W. Bronze and Iron: Ancient Near Eastern Artifacts in The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, 1988, item 387 for type. 272 grams, 35.3cm (14").
