钤印：秀水沈卫 甲辰翰林题识：祥麟仁兄先生雅属 辛末（1931年）冬 沈卫 （原装裱）沈卫 浙江嘉兴人。字友霍，号淇泉，晚号兼巢老人。光绪二十年（1894年）翰林，2甲2名进士，散馆授编修。充甘肃主考官，督陕甘学政。工书法，万年居沪上觷述，推为翰苑巨擘。
